Recently, after a tooth ring video went viral (23+ million views - WHAT!!), my most frequently asked question is "how do I order jewelry made of teeth? How does it all work?"
It's actually super easy!
Even though most of the photos of pieces on my website are made with breastmilk, I can use pretty much anything special and meaningful to you, including baby teeth, pet teeth, even adult teeth!
The only pieces I can't use teeth for are the Etheria and Anastasia rings, since those are super narrow and won't fit the chunks of teeth inside.
So here's how to order teeth jewelry in 3 easy steps!
- Click on the piece of jewelry you want.
- Scroll down on the right side, to where it asks what keepsakes you're going to send in. Click "teeth."
- You'll get an automatic email with instructions and my PO Box address to send to.
Unlike breastmilk which is a fine powder, teeth have more of a chunky look since I crush them to fit them inside the stones. I recommend adding inclusion enhancements® to give them a beautiful gemstone vibe! My personal favorites to add are crushed white opal and opal shimmer. If you're wanting a totally opaque look and don't want to see any chunks, please make a note of that in the notes section, and I'd recommend going with heavy pearl shimmer or whitener.
For a ring like the one pictured, 2 teeth will work great. For larger stones, 4-5 teeth will work. That's really all there is to it! Can't wait to make you something beautiful!!
