Shipping policy

Clients are responsible for paying to get their keepsakes sent to Milk Couture Co. An automatic email will be sent after purchase with instructions on how to send.

Clients are responsible for contacting me if their address has changed since placing an order. If the client does not email to update their address before shipping, they are responsible for paying for a new piece to be sent to the new address.

After an item is shipped, the client will be emailed with tracking information. If it says "delivered" on tracking and the client hasn't received it, the client should first ask neighbors if they accidentally received the package (this happens a lot). Give it a few days to a week as sometimes USPS will accidentally mark items as delivered when they haven't actually delivered them. The next step is to file a claim with USPS.
