Our current turnaround time is approximately 3-6 months from when we receive your breastmilk/keepsake in the mail. Thank you for your patience. Making your custom piece takes a lot of time, but it will be worth the wait! :)

The "Keepsake Received/Processing" step means that we have received your milk or keepsake and are in the preservation process. If it's been 3+ weeks since you've mailed out your milk/keepsake and you have NOT seen this step yet, shoot me an email because that could be a sign it got lost or damaged in transit. If you've been stuck on this step for a long time, you're still in good shape - it just means we are likely waiting on your custom setting to arrive.

The "Crafting Queue/Stone Creation" step means we are creating, curing, and degassing your stone then setting it into your setting (or it's waiting its turn in line to get made). This is typically the longest step.

If you would like to update your order to "rush" status, I will move it to the front of the line as soon as your setting arrives. This typically makes the turnaround time approximately 2-3 months (decreases TAT by about 2 months) and costs $100. Feel free to email me and I can add that for you.

With rush orders, if you ordered a Mera, Selah, heart stone, crystal, charms or faceted stone, these can take slightly longer than others as they are more complicated and time consuming to create.
